Reservations Policy :
30% deposit upon reservation. Full payment 30 days before date of arrival. For arrivals in less than 30 days, checks not accepted.
Cancellation Policy :
cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, cancellation charge of 10% of stay. Cancellation between 30-21 days prior to arrival, cancellation charge 25%. Cancellation between 20-8 days prior to arrival date, 50%. Cancellation between 7-2 days prior to arrival, 75%. Less than 2 days prior to arrival date, 90% of stay. |
